Email alerts not working?

    Is there a trick to getting email alerts for submissions working on the free version? We are considering the paid version but need to test things out first. Love the forms just need to figure out the emails.

    The alert was setup and emails added but in the testing nothing is showing up after form submission takes place.

    Got email alerts working for a week by signing up with Sendlayer, now they just randomly stoped working again. No idea why? Sendlayer seems to be working fine and active still.

    I was going to sign up for the paid version of Quillforms but also can not do that as when i click upgrade it takes me tot he webpage and asks me for an account that i do not have since i just downloaded the plugin and installed it.

    Can you help me solve these 2 issues?

    Want to use these forms on several websites but need them to be reliable.
