    Hey,

I have a big problem. I’m using the contact form 7 of course as a classic contact form but also for the inscription of courses I’m giving.
In my first contact form I didn’t received any massages if somebody booked the course in the second one I got the massages but I forgot to copy the code into the email, so i couldn’t see which course they booked.

Now a guy wrote me that he got a success email I designed but I didnt got his inscription.
Is it possible to find out who and how many people signed in for the courses and to collect the email address again?

    Thanks best regards
    Johannes

  • Hey Jposcharnig,

Sadly if you didn’t install a CF7 DB when you built your form, to my knowledge there is no way to recover such files as it specifically states in the CF7 landing page.

I would suggest, installing the flamingo plugin, which is also developed by the CF7 Developer. It’s specific task is to help defend against situations like this one by saving all submitted queries into your database. (FLAMINGO)

    Regards,
