Email Administrator in WordPress Dashboard

I’m a user and can login to the Dashboard for a WordPress site, however I’m not the Administrator and need to find out who is so we can update the site.
Is there a way to send an email or somehow contact all Admins from the Dashboard so we can determine who is an Admin on the account and edit it?

Via PHPMYADMIN*, select your WordPress database. Click on the SQL tab at the top and execute this query:
SELECT u.ID, u.user_login, u.user_email FROM wp_users u, wp_usermeta m WHERE u.ID = m.user_id AND m.meta_key LIKE 'wp_capabilities' AND m.meta_value LIKE '%administrator%';This will list out your admin user(s).
