    Hi there again, maybe I missed something in the configuration, but the users that have been synced from our AD do not have their email addresses imported. This may cause issues with other functions we run that send out automatic emails (e.g. event booking confirmation). Again, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Nevermind. My colleague informed that this is because email addresses are not stored in our AD, but in a database that feeds into the AD. I’ll need to figure something else out.

    You can configure custom synchronized attributes to get these e-mail addresses.
