    Hi there. I’ve just discovered that email addresses are not being forwarded to Stripe when a payment goes through on the form, meaning no automated receipt is being sent.

    It was all working fine up until a short while ago. I’ve contacted Stripe but they said it was something to do with the plugin/form.

    Any help would be massively appreciated.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Apparently there’s an unexpected bug in recent version of Forminator that’s causing this issue. Our developers are already aware of it and are working on a fix.

    I don’t have ETA yet but a workaround for now would be to downgrade Forminator to previous 1.14.8 version which you can download from here:

    As Adam let you know, we already reported this to the plugin team, we can’t give an estimated time to release a fixed version but please, keep the eyes on the plugin update and changelogs.
