Email address using domain name

    My site: sherreymeyer.com

    I’m switching to a new email marketing site which is encouraging the use of “business email address” using my domain name. Is there a way to create such an email in WordPress?

    Their caution is the risks inherent with web-based email, such as I have with “@comcast.net.”

    Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

  • No. WordPress does not allow you to create email accounts.

    You will need to contact your server provider for help with that.

    You’ll be able to set up an email address that matches your domain name either where you registered your domain, or with your host provider (BlueHost?)

    My host, BlueHost, was the first place I checked. Their email service is also web-based. I’m thinking perhaps this insistence by the emarketing site isn’t worth frustrating myself over. Thanks for the input, folks.
