Email address not accepting when submitting quiz

    When I enter my school email address the quizzes won’t sent the certificates/results as it ends in @school. It allows .gmail etc. Is there a way to configure it to allow .school?

    Thank you for the topic.
    There are no any issues connected with the end of the emails.
    Probably, there is a conflict or it sends the emails to the spam folder.

    As long as it is a Pro feature, please contact us via this form for premium support.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Thanks will contact via form. It doesn’t get to the stage it can email so there must be an issue in my setup I can’t find as I will send a message via the form as it’s not a commercial product as it’s on my school students website.
