• Customer are reporting to us that the field to enter their email address no longer exists. When clicking the button to join the waitlist, it says “Email address is required” not doesn’t give them any field to enter it.

    We attempted to switch to inline, same issue. Tried inline toggle, same issue. Tried disabling guest access, same issue. Tried Regenerage Critical Path CSS in WPRocket, same issue.

    Any ideas on how to fix it? Thank you!

    Go to waitlist -> form fields & save fields there

    We are also experiencing this issue.

    I have tried saving fields via the Form Fields menu as indicated above, but it does not fix the issue. The email field is still missing.

    The plugin does not show any available updates. We are on version 2.2.

    On the Form Fields page:

    I clicked “Save” and the email field was still missing.

    Instead, on the next attempt, I clicked, “Reset,” then “Save,” and now the email field appears again.
