Email address as username

    Hi

    I am just wondering if I can register users with their email address as their username? If not is this doable through extending the plugin to allow this ?

    Hi. You can use the field “Username or Email” when building your registration field.

    Hey, is there a way to force email address rather than allowing both? I’ve unhooked the error message in the ump plugin but i’d rather do it the proper way.

    Yes, it is possible.
    Please use “Username or Email” field and in the field settings select Validate – Unique email.

    Hi is there a way to force users to use username instead of email to login for those who have more than 1 user role?
