Email Address as Custo Field Value, Display as Mailto Link?

The title pretty much says it all. I’m using posts to display a short bio for each individual in the organization I’m building for, and the Get Custom Field Values plugin/widget to display the person’s email address in the sidebar as pulled from a custom field called “Email”. As of now the [email protected] address is just displaying as text, but I’d like for it to display as a link.
