Email address and URL boxes not shown on comment form?

  • I’m using Opera but have checked the page with the comment form on IE7.

    The Test Run for various themes on the WP Theme Viewer shos they have boxes for the visitor’s Email address and URL but these aren’t showing up after I’ve installed the theme on my site?

    Are these something to do with Java because I do have that blocked. I did turn them on in the browser but there were still no Email address and URL boxes showing.
