Email Activation Confirmation Page link is stuck

    I selected Email Activation Method, then selected a Confirmation Page. The Confirmation Page URL is adding a space that results in redirection to a error page.

    The slug for that page clean; no spaces exist. I created a different page with a different URL, and selected it in the Email Activation Confrmation Page dropdown. Redirection still goes to the error page, the one with the extra space. The redirect is not recognizing the new page URL.

    I cleared history and purged SG cache.I unpublished and re-published the form.

    I tried changing Activation Method to Default. The result is the same.

    How do I clear this confirmation page redirect?

    Sorry to hear you are having this trouble. Can you try to resave your permalinks in case you are getting a specific issue with the thank you page? For instance, the URL you shared has a space between the thankyou and redirects to wrong page. It should be https://www.clerestorylearning.com/videolibrarysubscriptionthankyou/

    Perhaps any SEO plugin or theme feature you are using that may modify URLs?

    You can also try to create a copy of the User Registration form and verify if the confirmation page redirect is also affecting this copy of form.
