Yesterday I added two Actions to a form:
1: Redirect to a page with more information
2: Send an email with instructions

I tested the form, and when I hit Submit, the form sent an email as expected. Yet when my partner tried it on her phone, she wasn’t getting the email.

Consequently, I had to take this form down as it wouldn’t have been a reliable method for clients to get more information. The page I linked to above is a test page where I can test out the form and see if I can make it work reliably before I make it public.

Is there any reason someone can think of for why the email I defined as an Action is not being sent consistently?

What do you mean by adding Actions to a form?

I added two actions in the Actions panel. Contact Forms > Actions

I have no idea. I guess what you use is not Contact Form 7.

I don’t know how to share a screenshot here, but I can assure you that I’m using Contact Form 7. On the same page with the Actions tab, I see the following shortcode:

This support forum is for the “Contact Form 7” plugin. There are a lot of WordPress plugins with similar names (like “Contact Form 7: The Form Awakens” or something). Although most of them are add-on plugins for Contact Form 7, they are by different creators and this support forum is unlikely to be able to provide solutions for third-party products.

Oh I see, it’s an extension for Contact Form 7 I’m using besides Contact Form 7. My bad.

You could have been more friendly in pointing this out, Takayuki. It isn’t me you should be showing this trademark violation to.
