Thanks for reaching out again.

It appears the issue still isn’t resolved from the hosting provider’s end. I can see from their message that the server is still throwing an error:

Event #66 错误 Mailer: Other SMTP SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]: Messages to this … WPForms Lite

Please kindly know that this error message is coming from your email hosting provider and not WP Mail SMTP. So we are unable to troubleshoot it from our end.

Please have them look into it again and let us know if there’s an issue with the WP Mail SMTP plugin that you’ll need us to look into. We’re happy to help.
