The result of the test email I sent is: Congrats, test email was sent successfully!

Thanks for reaching out!

Please kindly bear in mind that the error message you shared is coming from your email hosting provider and not WP Mail SMTP.

It indicates that they have blocked messages going to qq.com from your server.

To fix this, please contact your email hosting provider and they’ll be able to advise why they have placed this restriction on your account/server.

If you are still experiencing this issue and they are unable to resolve it, you may want to consider using one of our other transactional mailers. Please see the complete list here:

Please accept my apologies for the delay, Geoffrey.

Allow me to address your updates in turn:

1) yes，I want to lift the restriction. My independent website cannot receive feedback from customers.

There appears to have been a misunderstanding, as we have already allowed your boyicnc.com domain to send and receive email messages to qq.com, as requested.

2) But I still haven’t solved the problem, I just tested it again.

3) Event #66 错误 Mailer: Other SMTP SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]: Messages to this … WPForms Lite

I was unable to replicate the reported issue, as I used the Email Test option of the WP Mail SMTP plugin and was able to successfully send a test email message to [email protected]. Here are the related email log entries:

    It appears the issue still isn’t resolved from the hosting provider’s end. I can see from their message that the server is still throwing an error:

    Event #66 错误 Mailer: Other SMTP SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]: Messages to this … WPForms Lite

    Please kindly know that this error message is coming from your email hosting provider and not WP Mail SMTP. So we are unable to troubleshoot it from our end.

    Please have them look into it again and let us know if there’s an issue with the WP Mail SMTP plugin that you’ll need us to look into. We’re happy to help.

    Can I change from [email protected] to [email protected]? Because qq.com has been having problems, please tell me how I can switch.
