Email a packing slip to our shipping person every time there is an order

Hi, I need a way to email a packing slip to a specific person everytime there is an order so she can ship it out. I tried to update the new order confirmation to remove the price (Because the price cannot be on the packing slip) but when I do that it also removes the products and product totals which I need.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?
