Did you disable the account activation email in wp-admin> Ultimate Member> Settings> Email Tab?

Try to disable the Require Email Activation upon registration in wp-admin> Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit Registration Default Role> Registration Options > Registration Status. Here is a screenshot: https://screenbud.com/s/jRg6WbM3Frz

But what can I do to be allowing them to receive mail because user is receiving mail before but suddenly it stop all my new user that receiving last week all of them did not see any mail even me too I try registering I did not see any mail please tell me what to do so user can be seeing mail I use to received all others mail form my website and wp even user detaills when there order for product I want user to receive mail back to avoid spam and I have stamp working fine

Ok thanks I will try it ?? you guys are very helpful ??. Please one more stuff how can I let user to verify there phone number just like the Emil verification or ones there register there will send them a code to verify there number to aviod spam. Please ??
