ELSE rule?

First, wonderful plugin! Love it!
The only issue I have is the ability to have an ELSE statement.
For example, I want text to show between certain times. I’ll have several of these in a day. But I want to be able to have an [ELSE]xxxx[/ELSE] that displays when no other content rule is showing. Otherwise, I have to make a bunch of the same rules that fit in-between all the rules I setup on the page.
Maybe this already can do it somehow, but I’m unable to locate it.
