Eliminating “more” tag in pages

I don’t see a WP site in your profile… but normally, the “more” doesn’t work on Pages.
Can we see an example?

Strange. Something must be hacked – otherwise this shouldn’t work. I cannot reproduce that behaviour on any of my blogs.

It might be in the page.php or a plugin or in the functions.php of the theme (if it has any).
