Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS for Mobile

Hi,
I’ve used WPFC on my client website.
I test the site on Google Page Insight and we have a good result on desktop.
But for mobile the JS and CSS files are not minified, don’t we have an option to minify both for mobile and desktop.
