All four of my products are approved for Surfaces Across Google, but are being disapproved for Local Surfaces Across Google. There are three errors displayed, (1) Missing Inventory Data, (2) Missing Value [description], and (3) Unverified Inventory. The third, I assume, occurs because of one or both of the prior errors, but I don’t understand why the first two are occurring. There is a description provided, and there is sufficient inventory for data for Surfaces Across Google to not have errors. I also looked carefully and found no discrepancies between the “Final Attributes” and the “Raw Feed Attributes”. Link to an example of the Google Merchant Center products (all four provide the same errors):

    Hello,
As you are getting missing values errors, please make sure that the product’s main descriptions are present on each individual product page and you have mapped the correct field ID with the google attribute. If the wrong attributes are mapped with google attributes it will throw multiple errors. Could you please share the feed with our support team so that we can look at it to find the root cause.
    Thanks

After spending time with Google Support online chat, I was told by them that the feed Elex provides is not compatible with google. Partial screenshot of transcript:

I provided the entire transcript of my issues to Elex support on 10/27, and have not received a response yet.

I’ve since given up trying at this stage to get Local Services Across Google to work, and am now just focusing on trying to get my products to show up as Enhanced Surfaces Across Google, for which I’ve had to open another ticket.

Hope to get these issues resolved, even though this thread has been marked as “resolved”.

    Hello,
We have generated a feed successfully with Category 278 on your site. The previous feed which was generated was missing the corresponding meta keys for google attribute ‘Shipping Price’. The detailed analysis is shared through the support ticket and it working fine. We shall continue the further communication through the ticket.

    Thanks
