    Buongiorno, scrivo perchè ho un problema con il plugin di Google Ads.
    L’ho installato e configurato ma quando sono sulla pagina di Google Merchant Center, risultano spuntati tutti i passaggi tranne “aggiungi prodotti”.
    Clicco su Aggiungi, eseguo la procedura su Woocommerce e mi viene tutto confermato con spunte verdi, sia l’elenco prodotto (dove vengono visualizzati anche i numeri esatti dei prodotti esistenti) e della connessione a Google Ads.
    Il problema è che invece su Google Merchant center continua a risultare che non sia ancora stato aggiunto nessun prodotto.
    Come posso risolvere?

    Good morning, I am writing because I am having a problem with the Google Ads plugin. I have it installed and configured but when I am on the Google Merchant Center page, it turns out that all the steps except “add products” are checked. I click on Add, run the procedure on Woocommerce and everything is confirmed with green ticks, both the product list (where the exact numbers of the existing products are also displayed) and of the connection to Google Ads. The problem is that instead on Google Merchant center it keeps showing that no products have been added yet. How can I solve it?

    I understand you have a problem where the products are not appearing at Google Merchant Center, even when the process is successfully finished with green checkmarks.

    For better understanding, could you please share the following screenshots:
    – Where you see all the steps except “add products” are checked.
    – Where the exact numbers of the existing products are displayed.
    – Google Merchant Center, where no products are visible.

    Can you please check the Google Merchant Diagnosis to see if it says why the products are not being added? You can find more about this in this guide.

    No, non c’è nessun errore perchè proprio da Google non vedono i prodotti.
    Oggi ho contattato il supporto di Google Merchant e mi hanno detto che è una cosa di woocommerce perchè loro, dalla piattaforma, non vedono proprio nessun movimento nel mio canale

    Hi @tijuana81,

    When you sign up the first time you’ll have to wait for 3-5 business days for Google to review and approve your product feed. If there’s a problem with them you’ll get notified about it. Have 5 business days passed since this? Did you get any email or notification about any issues?

    Please go to your WP Admin → Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed and share a screenshot of what you see in there.
