Elementskit Nav Menu not working on tab/Mobile

I have checked your site and found that you’ve created another Menu that is only enabled to display on Mobile Devices. Seems you haven’t selected any Menu for the Nav Menu widget you’ve placed for Mobile devices and for that reason, the Menu is not appearing on Mobile devices. Kindly check this screenshot and select a Menu that you want to display on Mobile devices. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved right after that.

I have created different menu for desktop, Tablet and mobile. And the menu’s are selected for each assigned menu. The same is reflecting in elementor too but not on live website. It was working fine earlier and got disrupted when i deactivated and reactivated the plugin in process of troubleshooting an issue

I have checked the video and seems a menu is assigned for the Mobile Menu correctly. Since it is not appearing on the frontend even after configuring correctly, then there must be something wrong on your end that is preventing it to work properly on your end. Will you please try running a plugin conflict test on your site? It will help you to detect if there are any conflicts between the plugins you are using on your site.

To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that causes the problem.

Also, try disabling the Experimental Features of Elementor from Elementor > Settings > Experiments.

Thanks for assisting.
I have gone through conflict test and found out that it is conflicting with jetpack.
I am using that plugin since beginning as it help me to have access on mobile.
They were working fine earlier
kindly assist how to proceed further.

I appreciate your effort in figuring out what actually causes the issue. I have tested the Jetpack plugin with the Nav Menu widget of ElementsKit but couldn’t be able to trace such issue in my development environment. I also have tried enabling the Menu only for mobile devices but everything was working fine there. Please be informed that I have tried keeping the default configuration of Jetpack.

Since everything is working fine in my environment, will you please try tweaking the settings inside the Jetpack? Pay attention to the performance Tab mostly. I hope you will find something there that will solve the issue with Menu.

The Elements kit nav menu / Elementor mega menu does not work in mobile mode.
Den dropdown toggle does not work and a gray layer covers the toggle menu.
We have the same problem with Elementskit nav menu / mega menu on our website. We have followed the steps mentioned above and also deactivated plug ins one by one. https://dev1.lgit.se/ Can you please advice and help us solve the problem. This worked before the latest update WP 6.1
