  • Hi,

To make elements in your site responsive to mobile:

Search for the device type icon next to the relevant setting. If you can’t see it – this means this setting is universal only and affects all devices.

Click the device type icon and select the device for which you want to edit (desktop / mobile / tablet).

Now you can change the settings according to your needs, and they’ll be relevant only for the selected device.

    Hello,

Thanks for your feedback but there is no device icon on the elementskit nav menu.
When I Turn on “Enable One page ?” On Menu settings of the widget it works on a PC in Mobile view, but when I load the page on my phone it doesn’t works.

When I click, the vertical menu didn’t close.

    Hi,

Try to follow this troubleshooting method that I made: (It’s quite general, but maybe it will tell us something.)

Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,

then make sure that you clear:
your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).

Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

    Hi,
I’m having the same problem as nidog,
when I point to a section, the page scroll down and the menu is still open.

I Regenerated CSS via Elementor but it doesn’t help.

    How can I resolve this?
    Thanks! Mor
