Yes, from the pagespeed insights it is displaying tabindex various values.

But if you inspect your own site did you find any other value for those <li>?

hmm, so why is it happening? inspecting show 0 value and GPSI value 2. Should I ignore it?

Do you have a server-side cache? If so, please flush your server-side cache. If you don’t know about it, please contact your hosting support and ask them to flush it for you.

If it is still displaying various values for <li> you can just ignore it. Because, in reality, values are not there on your site.

Im using:
– flyingpress (optimization plugin with cache enabled)
– redis plugin for object cache
– cloudflare free version.

I tried to clear all cache source and it didnt help

I have tried to reproduce the issue using one of our staging sites. I am using the same version of swatches but couldn’t find any issues related tabindex.
