Elements not showing up on front end

    I create a slider save/publish everything and everything looks fine, but when I go to the front end only the background appears and none of the other elements I put on the slider. When I test the slider through the preview on depicter the elements don’t appear there too, but they appear in the builder itself. If I import a slider from the templates that appears without a problem. So it is only happening when creating from a blank slider.

    I should add that I tested the plugins and theme and it still didn’t work correctly.

    Thank you for contacting us.
    I know you already said that, but can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Depicter? It should be v1.3.2
    If yes and you still have the problem, please send your page that contains the slider hare. We need to see if there are any errors or conflicts.
    Also please try to deactivate all the other plugins but Depicter to see whether it is a plugin conflict or not

    All plugins are off but depicter and the default theme is being used (2022).

    Yes, I am using the latest version.

    Sorry, I have to have this website up soon, so I will just have to use a different plugin. I’ll check back though it looks promising.

    The issue is mixed content from SSl and you need to install really simple ssl plugin and after activaiting that plugin try to publish the slider again, this way it should be working just fine, also it would be better if you use a cache plugin try to empty cache as well
