Elements not deactivating

Hello,
Below is a dummy website where I work on my potential client websites, I mention dummy website because there is nothing in it, all content in there is just regular Elementor and Elementor pro and some other small plugins.
Anyways, when I select to deactivate the widgets I dont need they dont disappear on the css.min file
As of now I have turned off contact form 7 in the css blocks but it still displays in this css file.
Can you let me know what is occuring? or did I misunderstand the use of the toggle buttons on your settings option.
I sent email on this as well just now but I was thinking maybe it should be logged here as I forget to reply to emails myself.
Thank you for your time and allowing me to pester you on your great plugin.
