Elements Layout has no editing mode

Sorry to post here, but my employer purchased the licence and I do not have access to this account.
I created a Layout (full width for certain posts) via Elements. I should remove the footer from this layout as well, but I cannot edit the layout (see: https://ibb.co/jLvQpBV )

The same thing happens if I crate a new layout.

I have tried to debuging as usual. Deactivated all plugins but GP Premium to no avail. Latest GP Theme and Pro Plugin are installed, WP is up to date.
