    Hello, can you help me?

I’ve been trying to use the Tablepress module in ElementsKit for a long time without success. It simply doesn’t show the table in the page view in Elementor, it only shows the warning box for selecting the table, inside the container. There’s nothing I can do to make the table appear instead of the ‘tablepress’ element.

I’ve activated and reactivated the module, but nothing. If I place it on the page, inside a container, it simply displays the warning “Please select the table from setting!” and I can’t see it at all.

Is there anything I can do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

To resolve the concerns you highlighted and follow the guidance:

    1. Clearing Cache: Clearing cache from various sources, such as plugins, browsers, servers, and CDNs like Cloudflare, is essential for ensuring that the latest changes reflect accurately on the website.
    2. Updating Elementor and Elementskit: Ensuring that both Elementor and Elementskit are updated to their latest versions is crucial for compatibility and optimal performance.
    3. Using TablePress Plugin: Ensure you’re using the ‘TablePress plugin by Tobias B?thge’. I’ve confirmed that the ElementsKit TablePress widget’s ‘select table’ function inserts tables perfectly after creation. Please refer to this video for clarity.

Let us know if the issue is solved. If not, I’ll take a quick look and provide you with a solution ASAP.

    Best regards.

    Hello Ikbal, how are you?

Thanks for the tips… however, I had already been aware of these 3 facts (among other things), before turning to the forum to try to find a solution. I have the Plugin installed (obviously, but I understand that sometimes this goes unnoticed by some people), I have cleaned the cache and I also have the latest versions of Elementor, ElementsKit and even my personal server, where I make the pages, I updated it yesterday, but the problem still persists. I don’t know if it helps in any way, but since you asked for feedback, I’ve taken the liberty of making a video showing you exactly what’s happening.

Of course, if there’s nowhere else to do it, it’s no problem for me to put it as a shortcode on the page and make the adjustments via CSS, but…

    Here’s the link…

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi Falcao7,

I hope you are doing fine. I am extremely sorry for the delayed response. But I saw your video, and I think its an environmental conflict. Maybe a theme or plugin is the reason for this issue. I suggest you run a conflict test.

To conduct a WordPress environmental conflict test:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except Elementor, Elementskit, and TablePress.
    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme, 2020, or Hello Elementor. Check if the issue persists.
    3. Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each activation. Identify the conflicting plugin or theme.
    4. Resolve the conflict by contacting plugin/theme developers or finding alternatives.

This process helps pinpoint the source of the issue and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Let us know if the issue is solved. But after following the above steps, if you still have the issue, please send us your website’s system information from Elementor > System Info for further investigation.

    Regards
    Ikbal
