Elements disappearing when using ajax

Hello,

i love your theme it’s my №1 choice every time, thank you for the great work!

Here is my issue:
I have hooked gutenberg blocks to my shop products template – https://ibb.co/JRrzjp6 , after doing i search with ajax these elements disappear. I have tried multiple filter plugin like YITH, BeRocket and XforWoocommerce, but the result is the same every thime. When i disable ajax, the elements do not dissapear. And the issue is not specific to products template, if the block is anywhere on the page, it disappears after ajax search.

I have gone through multiple topics, but couldn’t find a solution. I really hope you can help me.
