Elements Config – Background Slider FAILS to activate

  • I have used “background Slider” previously. I have a new install Free Plugin version. I set limited elements = ON. These being – Animated Text | Background Slider | Post List | Shape Separator | Filterable Gallery.

    When in Elementor only 4 active items appear, Background Slider is missing…why?

    Using OceanWP Theme, latest WP -V5.4.1 very basic template I have built myself using Elementor 2.9.10. I have ‘regenerate files & sync library’ using Elementor tools.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @appleisle,
    As I tested it work fine. I think you missed something, you get background option in Section/Column Style Tab EAE-Background Color. If you don’t get this option then send me the screenshot of Section/Column Style Tab and along with which EAE plugin version you using.

    To summarize:
    1. background Slider is selected as ‘active’ in your settings
    2. Open a page in Elementor
    3. Select a new column and then in Elementor search for an element to add
    4. Under Elementor Addon Elements – Background Slider – NOT SHOWN as available

    I think the Google Photos Album I have linked above, clearly indicates the problem.

    To apply EAE-Background Slider. Follow this Steps mention below.
    For a better understanding open this linkOpen Screenshot, it contains a screenshot
    1).Open Section/Column setting panel by Clicking. As mention in Screenshot-1.
    2) Open Style Tab of Section/column.As mention in Screenshot-2
    3). Open EAE-Background Slider Section. As mention in Screenshot-3.

    Hi Hardik, thanks for the screenshots. I cannot replicate Screenshot 2.

    I’m using FREE Elementor page builder. If I click as you indicate in image #2, I do not get those options, it purely enable me to ‘edit’ the section.

    Sorry, I have no idea how to access what your screen shots indicate. Are you assuming I have paid versions of these plugins?
