• Hi,

I’m having a problem with Elementor which is filling my database of “elementor_1_elementor_updater_batch_%” rows (1,670,369 total for 1,6GB of space used).
How can I resolve this issue?

    Thanks for help

  • Hi,

Please try updating to the latest Elementor version (3.0.9) and let me know if this issue has been fixed for you.

I would also like to mention –

In order to fix this issue – after updating to the latest version of Elementor,

please make sure to backup your database, and as a workaround, please run the following SQL request to delete the unnecessary data from the database(code in attached link):

    https://pastebin.pl/view/30cf0b2f

If you do not know how to do this, I recommend contacting the hosting company to take care of it.

@davidr90 Seriously? You are now asking users to do SQL queries to remedy the mess you’ve created with your updates? I mean seriously?

It won’t be long before Elementor will be the laughing stock of Page Builders.

    Hi,
I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We take it very seriously.

This is something that could occur due to some servers with certain configuration. This is not a global issue with our previous version, but we have made some changes in the recent version to reduce this issue.

Our suggestion was also to perform a small cleanup the DB after updating in order to allow this fix to entirely solve this issue.
