Elementor WPegine Install —> Library isn’t loading

  • I’ve installed a new site onto my WPengine server. When I goto template library, it just hangs on loading screen. Has anyone else had this issue. Do I need to update some settings on WPengine to make it play nice with the template library?

  • Hi @bennyboot,

    1. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme.
    2. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    3. Send us your system info. You can find it in under Elementor → System info. Please use Pastebin to paste it and send it to us.

    @boazpojo I am having this smae problem. Only occurs on production version of wp-engine, not on staing. Install are identical.

    Running latest verions of everything

    Adding an SSL to the website should solve the issue.
