    Hi there,

we use WooCommerce on?weisseflottezwischenahn.de. When we activate Elementor / Elementor Pro and WooCommerce at the same time, we get a critical error: https://weisseflottezwischenahn.de/gutscheine/

The problem is that I don’t know which elements we implemented on the page with the critical error. And I can’t check which, because I have to deactivate either Elementor or WooCommerce to have the chance to edit this page – and then the elements are missing.

    Can you help me?

    Creative regards
    Hauke

    Hi Hauke,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Based on the information you have provided, it appears that there is a conflict between Elementor / Elementor Pro and WooCommerce.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and Elementor, to see if the issue persists? If not, can you try this and see the outcome? It’s possible that there may be a third plugin at play here, causing a conflict between these 2 plugins.

We’d be happy to take a closer look at your sites current environment, to see if we can identify anything that may be causing the issue. In order for us to do this, please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!

I also got the same error, can’t access WooCommerce components like Checkout Page, Profile Page..
