Elementor won’t work with my theme

    I am using the sparkling theme by colorlib and seems like elementor won’t work with it. It is giving me the following error:
    “The preview could not be loaded”
    I have tried all the suggested steps and contacted theme support but they have advised me to check with you to see what might be causing the problem.

  • I’ve just preformed a quick test on localhost and the only thing I found was setting the Theme to Full Width, showed the page in a Boxed layout. Otherwise I did not see any “Preview” errors.

    Take a backup and then change theme to (Astra) see if the Preview issue still exists.
