Elementor won’t load when trying to edit website

    I tried to edit my home page because for some reason the menu isn’t working and some photos weren’t showing.
    When I click edit with elementor it never fully loads and tells me to try safe mode but that also doesn’t work.
    I contacted my hosting service and they updated my PHP, I backed my website and I updated elementor. The person told me it’s a plugin error so I’m not sure what to do anymore
