Elementor will not work

hi Elementor was working great on my wordpress with the Wilson theme. Now I go to edit a page today and it tell me Elementor will not open, I get a “content” error message. Please help. I have build my whole site with elementor….It now tells me I must call the_content function in the current template, but I have been suing this template with elementor the entire time? Please help
