Elementor will not open with NextGen/Next Gen Pro active

    Hello everyone out there,

    I am using the Photocrati-Theme with NextGen/NextGenPro Plug-ins active.

    Now I have installed the Elementor plug-in. When trying to edit a page using the “Edit with Elementor” button, a new page opens yet it remains blank.

    I have tried finding the problem by deactivating all plug-ins I use. After NextGEn was deactivated, the Elementor user interface opens up — yet then of course I can′t use nextgen anymore.

    There is a video on the Imagely site dealing with NextGen Implementation into Elementor (by inserting the shortcode widget and copying the nextgen shortcode into that), but for that I would have to be able to get into Elementor — which I can′t as long as NextGen is active.

    any suggestions on this? I′ve googled the problem yet to no avail.

    WordPress and all plug-ins are up to date on my site (which hasn′t been published yet so that′s why I can′t place a link to the page in the above field).

    This topic developed in a separate ticket and the issue has been fixed by updating Photocrati Pro theme to the latest version 5.0.6 ??

    I’ve got the same problem.
    Photocrati is up to date to the latest version.
    After updating Elementor to 2.3.1 it is impossible to open Elementor when Nextgen Galery and Photocrati Pro plugin is activated.

    Hi,

    I am Ivan. I am using OceanWP theme and Elementor plugin. After I have updated Elementor plugin, I face the same problem as Mr Heikoknoll with NextGEN Gallery [Free version].

    The problem that I faced after I update from Elementor version 2.5.4 to 2.5.5.

    I was able to use NextGEN Gallery [Free vesion] in Elementor Version 2.5.4 but not in the updated version.

    Please advise. Thank you.
