    I have a problem with the Elementor video element on this page: https://oscan.es. The problem is that when I press play instead of showing the YouTube video, a placeholder appears with a picture of cookies.

    I know it is a problem with this plugin because if I deactivate it I can see the YouTube video perfectly.

    Can you give me some suggestion?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @martingrowthinking,

    Could you check if disabling the Elementor integration at least fixes the issue?

    You can try the below as well;

    Disabling YouTube Integration
    Enabling ajax Loaded content under settings

    Is the a standard video element from Elementor?
    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

    I’ve disabled Youtube integration and enabled ajax loaded content and the video works again. So it is fixed.

    Yes, is the standar video element from Elementor.

    Thanks for the support. Great plugin! I’ll try the terms and conditions one soon.

    Regards.
