Elementor update message stuck on the admin panel

    Since the latest update 2.7.1 this message is always appearing on my admin panel

    “Elementor Data Updater – The database update process is now complete. Thank you for updating to the latest version!”

    Please note that I also have the Elementor pro installed.

  • I am having a similar issue, except that it’s asking me to update to 2.7.0, when it shows as having 2.7.1 installed.

    At present, I cannot open any pages for editing (the green progress bar does not even show up). I have never had that issue prior to this. Safe mode also does not work.

    Switch Editor Loader Method was disabled. I enabled it. No difference. So, at present, I am unable to continue developing my website.

    Please shed some light on what is going on here…

    You can disregard my above – likely a local security policy prevented the database updater from running. I restarted Nginx and the first thing I saw upon logging in was the successful updater message, and now I am able to edit again.
