  • I just reported what you said once again to Bridge support, though i highly doubt it’s Bridge.

    IFX

I’m still having the same problems as others here appear have here. I’ve tried everything suggested, but nothing solves the problem. I’m ready to give up due to the amount of time I’ve wasted so far. Maybe the site just needs a rebuild due to an older theme it’s based on ??

Interestingly there’s a bunch of javascript errors in the console that didn’t exist prior to 3.24.x… and they only occur when *logged into wp-admin*. If I’m not logged in, the site works and looks just fine, but if I’m logged in – I can do the elementor regenerate css / data thing, and the page will then load fine once, but if I refresh the page it then loads broken again where half the images and elements don’t appear to load.

The javascript errors refer to various elementor script errors of missing functions etc.

If I revert to v3.23.3 it works fine again, both not logged in, and logged in. But if I go to any version higher than that it breaks.

I keep hoping the next update will fix it, but now at 3.24.7 it’s still broken, so I’m now thinking the only way to get out of this will be a rebuild, even if the client doesn’t pay for the migration, it’s just too painful to maintain this site with this setup any longer.

    hi @miloss84

Today Danilo from Qode support did custom testing for me on my Bridge theme and I think you guys need to be open that this is entirely on Elementor.

We’ve gone ahead and provided feedback 2x and now custom feedback.

    From Bridge support

“No matter what people from Elementor said, the issue is not theme-related. I enabled the Twenty-four theme and disabled our theme and our plugins, but it persisted after activating another theme.

Please note that this is not something that we can solve as the problem is not within our theme.

You should contact Elementor regarding this and tell them that you have reproduced the issue with the Twenty Twenty-Four and that is not related to the Bridge theme you are using.

Danilo moved the styles for me into Qode Options>General>Custom CSS and then i removed that custom code from each page (took me 1 hour of work) and the workaround worked so now the custom code is there and not on each page. My site is now running the latest Elementor and runs perfect, but we’ve had to correct it this way.

While i do understand you have thousands of customers, the code i had in the header of each page (whether that was best practise or not), was very basic.

Anyhow, probably there are other customers with these issues with the same implementation as mine and they won’t go to that effort i went for correcting it and they will just end with a broken site.

    hope it helps. ciao.

    Hi @gab81

Thank you for your message. We are happy to hear that the issues on your site are resolved. I will close this ticket for now, but feel free to contact our support team and open a new ticket if there are any other issues with Elementor Core features.

For everyone else experiencing similar issues, please open a new thread and elaborate on the problems you are experiencing. It is difficult to support multiple different issues in the same thread.

We will be happy to check and provide further assistance. We hope for your understanding!
