  • @chartsheets For a quick solution, rollback to the 3.23.3 Version: Elementor > Tools > Version Control > Rollback

Same here, i can confirm, it work when you remove search form.

Having same issue with my sites. The design is lost, header and footers are a mess. Had to roll back.

I have the same problem for some sites I manage, but not all. I solved it by clicking the regenerate css buttons or returning to the previous version.

90% of the site design is broken in this version. ELEMENTOR is this a joke or what?

Same issue, Elementor shows a very low QA level.

same problem. it is a disaster. i have many broken sites after update to 3.24.1

Its NOT a disaster, this can happen although it shouldn’t. It’s not a disaster, because it can be changed back with a simple rollback. 100% of people having problems stated a rollback made the errors disappear.

Plus many people don’t even care for a good maintenance of WordPress, I use a Backup Software that makes a Backup when Plugins are updated and it allows me to roll back to the point before.

SOLVED. We have a new update to fix this problem.

Same here, I was wondering whether it is the elementor- or the elementor pro plugin that was causing the trouble, so I reverted to 3.23x

seems not broke with update .2

I tested the two new versions of the Elemento & Elementor pro extensions with and without a search module on my staging environment. It turns out that when a search module is active, it completely breaks the layout. When the search module is no longer there, there are no more problems and everything works correctly with the new Elementor & Pro versions.

    Sure, sh*t happens.

Having elementor and elementor-pro busted production site just a few hours ago, I downgraded elementor to 3.24.0 by using WP CLI. There is no way to downgrade elementor-pro by using WP CLI, such an escape isn’t permitted, the developers just bodyguard their paid version, it’s understandable.

I ended up asking a sysadmin about the latest backup.

But there is a question which I don’t get.

As they said the latest version 3.24.2 addressed that problem, right?

But it was exactly combination of 3.24.2 and pro 3.24.1 when the site lost its appearance.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that the update caused your website to break. Before diving into specifics, you can share the link to the photos on your cloud so I can review them for more context.

In general, issues like this after updating Elementor could occur due to various reasons:

    1. Compatibility issues with the theme, plugins, or WordPress version.
    2. CSS or styling conflicts caused by changes in the update.
    3. Caching problems, where older CSS or JavaScript files are still being served.
    4. Missing or conflicting widgets after the update, especially if there were structural changes in the new version.

Since your website broke after the update and required a rollback, it’s possible that some specific changes in the update clashed with your existing setup.Steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Check for plugin conflicts: Disable all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro to see if the design restores. If it does, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflict.
    2. Regenrate css: by going to WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS.
    3. Clear all caches: Sometimes, the broken layout is due to cached files. Make sure to clear your browser, plugin, and server-side caches.
    4. Recheck theme compatibility: Verify that your theme is compatible with the new version of Elementor.
    5. Check for custom code conflicts: If you’ve added custom CSS/JS, ensure they are still compatible.

Hope this will help you resolve your issue.

Please note if you are using Elementor pro, you can open a support ticket at?my.elementor.com?ref:?https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/?I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook.

We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.

www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Kind regards,

I’m sorry, but how generic can this response be @miloss84? This problem occurs on basically every website we run with Elementor. And not only we have this problem, it needs to be fixed asap so auto-update can do its thing.

This problem is a disaster, since we run hundreds of website on Elementor (Pro).

(Edit) Update 3.24.2 does seem to fix the problem, after updating go to Elementor -> Extra -> Clear cache (generate CSS)
