Elementor twitter feed not updated

Hello,
The plugin works fine exept for elementor twitter feed when a new tweet is added it s not updated in the website feed unless I remove nitro cache.

Can I create a CRON task or something like that to renew cache for this page? Or if s not possible disable cache just for this page.
