Elementor TOC list elements to generate link with id

I can’t find that anyone posted this kind of problem here that is directly impacted by Elementor TOC widget.

I have a blog website built in Elementor. Every post has a table of content that is working when you click on any element.

Here the problem starts: I want to link some titles from certain posts to other posts, so when, something like this: “…you can find that in previous tutorial in section How to create project”, this “How to create a project” will be a link that take you to certain post and that particular title.
So, link would be something like: https://www.websitename.com/post/#toc-element-2
Does Elementor TOC supports this kind of behavior? How can I create this type of links in TOC? If not, do you have any advice how to solve this problem.
