    Hi,

I have a template made with Elementor PRO Theme Builder, which should be displayed on all pages based on the display conditions.

I noticed that when this plugin is active, the template does not load on the pages. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, they load again without any problem.

I noticed that without deactivating the plugin, I simply removed the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode from my checkout page and it immediately reloads the template on all pages.

Im using the Bridge Theme. It seems to be an incompatibility with the theme, since when I change the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four the problem is solved.

Any idea on how to fix this?

    Hi @gportillap,

Usually Fluid Checkout does not affect other pages not optimized with it. With the Lite plugin, only the checkout page should have a different template by default used instead of what the theme or other plugins provide.

From what you described, this could be a compatibility issue between the Bridge Theme with Fluid Checkout or with Elementor PRO.

    1. Could you confirm whether you have the option “Distraction free header and footer” selected for the setting “Header and footer templates” at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Setting > Fluid Checkout > Checkout. This is the default value for this setting.

    2. Try changing the setting “Header and footer templates” to “Theme’s header and footer” at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Setting > Fluid Checkout > Checkout. This will disable any changes that Fluid Checkout applies to the page header and footer templates.

If the problem persists, please contact us at our main support channel so we can further assist you with this.

I’m closing this ticket for now.

    Best,
    Diego.
