Elementor Theme Builder – Header missing

Hi, I am trying to figure out if its possible to use my custom theme header when using Elementor Theme Builder. When creating a Template in Elementor, the Navigation is missing. I know I could make a Header template in Elementor, but I would like to have the same header on every page, no matter if it was made with Elementor or not.
