The Elementor Templates I’ve created show up in search – is anyone else experiencing this?

  • This shouldn’t happen. By default we hide templates from search results. Try to search for it using an incognito browser or when logged out

    Hi Tanner,

Are you by any chance using the SEO plugin from yoast?
If so, please look in its settings that “show elementor templates in search results” is unchecked.

@benpines I found out that it wasn’t the template that was showing up, it was a page that I had used elementor to test one one of my templates which is why it looked like a template. Thanks for responding!
@logologics thanks for that suggestion, I didn’t know that existed.

You’re welcome, glad you found out what caused this!

    Hello,

I have built a webiste using elementor page builder. But I have an issue, for example: i have one page https://company.xyz/about-us/ which contains keyword “Barnier” that I added through elementor, now when I search using wordpress search box the word “Barnier” i don’t find it among the results.

Anyone ever came across this issue? If, yes how did you resolved it?

@sarvesh-mru you should probably create a different thread for that issue since it’s not related to this one.
