Elementor template for blog

As you can see in the added printscreen, I have created a single page template. However it only shows in the’theme builder’ not the ‘saved templates’ section and it surely does not show on blog posts.

How do I get this template to show on any blog post I make (Berichten top of the left menu)? I can’t see how to change the conditions of this template once created..also I had already chosen for ‘berichten’ as a condition…and it doesn’t show up when I go to ‘berichten’.
