    Hello Juniatur Rahman !

    (1) The issue arises because of overriding the single.php file. The single listing page works dynamically. Meaning each listing will have their own content. Hence if you want to modify the layout of the Single listing page, then you need to create a custom single listing page with elementor and assign that page at the Directory Listings> Directory Builder> Single page layout> Other settings. You can find the full guideline here, https://directorist.com/documentation/directorist/form-and-layout-builder/custom-single-listing-page/
The suggestion would be reverting all the customization you have made in the code and following the guideline shown above.

    (2) At this moment, XML files don’t include custom fields created by Directorist.

To ensure that your custom fields are included in the import process, you’ll need to export/import using Directorist’s built-in directory types export/import functionality. Here is the screenshot, https://prnt.sc/b65ViGqYebtN
You can export the directory type that contains your necessary fields and then import it manually.

    Regards.
