Elementor Subscribe Form not working

Hi!
I’ve been trying for about a week to get my Subscribe form working integrated with MailChimp.
I have Elementor Pro + Astra Themes.
I’ve used the Astra theme form AND rebuilt a basic form as well.
The Pop up is not working either, runs a x error when I fill out the form even with different email addresses.
I also have the subscribe form on my home page and on my ‘subscribe’ page, neither of these are working.

I’m so confused because I’ve had 2 subscribers come through to Mailchimp successfully, but for some reason it runs a x error randomly as well?
I’ve tried deleting the space after the email add in and that doesn’t work either.
